软件补丁：R07
组件信息：WI CPS ZDC SQLSERVER安装在同一台服务器上

故障现象

解决方案

1.命令行如下，请参考：

C:\Users\administrator.LUPIN>net stop CtxHttp

The CTXHTTP service was stopped successfully.


C:\Users\administrator.LUPIN>ctxxmlss /u

C:\Users\administrator.LUPIN>ctxxmlss /r8080
Citrix XML Service: The service is now registered on port number 8080.

C:\Users\administrator.LUPIN>net start CtxHttp
The Citrix XML Service service is starting.
The Citrix XML Service service was started successfully.

2.更改WebInterface的XML端口为8080

注意事项

1、如果以上操作后，还是报同样的报错，请检查以下事项：

• 操作系统补丁，请根据Xenapp安装文档要求安装指定的系统补丁，安装完毕后重启系统；
• Xenapp版本补丁，请安装最新的热补丁包，安装完毕后重启系统，重启过程中可能会要求多次重启，如果设备在机房请提前做好准备；

2、安装完热补丁后，如果还是报错，请重新注册XML端口；

3、如果端口改为非集成端口，可尝试改为和IIS集成端口后尝试；
